Puppies for sale !!!

I was asked to make a flyer for Tim and Allyson since they like my collages. Here's what I came up with. The puppies are cute, but my granddaughters are way cuter !!!

Third Annual Little Girl Party - May 9, 2010

Every Spring TJ and I decide to have our party for little girls. This year two of them are moving away to another country and we will miss them.

So we ordered pizza and had a grand old time together as you can see !!! There was face-painting, manicures, watching old movies, drawing. Their parents took advantage of this free babysitting and went out on a date.

Hannah and Lauren help their mom make bread, Lauren feeds the puppies, Tim preaches to his kids in an old abandoned church near their home, James fearlessly faces a chicken in the yard, Lauren and Hannah hold cute puppies, Papa Tim entertains little Timmy while he cleans up a spilled smoothie, the four kids on Mother's Day, Papa Tim playing with the puppies, and Mama Allyson with her four little angels.

Here is Mia and me on our April 25th birthday we celebrate together every year.

She is moving with her family to U.A.E. this coming summer and I will miss her

very much !!!

Three New Friends

Every Sunday we go to the Tianjin International Fellowship, which is open to foreign- passport- holders- only according to the Chinese law. Many countries are represented from all over the world and we enjoy getting to know some of them. Recently we met three young men who are students at Tianjin University on scholarships from their countries. Here they are from left to right - Jonathan from British Guyana, Omarie from Antigua, and Enock from Kenya. They have been here since last summer and are quickly mastering the Chinese language. They plan to do five years of studies in China. The first year is an intense study of the Chinese language, then for the next four years they will study (IN Chinese) engineering (Jonathan and Omarie) and agronomy (Enock). These guys are smart, gentle, kind, and best of all, they are Christians. We love to be with them !
